It should be said that an important social problem that requires constant monitoring is the support of low-income families. In this regard, on May 5, 2022, activists of the Volunteer Department of the Lyceum “International House Tashkent” together with the psychologist Gulnoza Bakhodyrovna visited needy families of Mirzo-Ulugbek district.
Such trips have already become a tradition for students. The collected money was used to buy a complete set of groceries. During the conversation, the Lyceum students heard from the hosts of the family, the circumstances that led to such living conditions, the difficulties they face and many other issues. Interaction with the children was very interesting. Volunteers learned what each family needs most of all and promised that this was not the last visit. The goal of our volunteers was to give these families a little hope, to wish them patience, to help them with the resources they need and of course, to wish a happy future for their and their children.
We must always remember – no one in this life is immune from any misfortune.
